Why do you not have telephone support?

Solution To keep costs down and to allow us to give the best support possible, we do not offer telephone support.

We believe that through the telephone can put our technical team under pressure to try and resolve problems quickly, which can cause problems and frustrate both parties further.

To enable our technical team to give the best and most accurate responses, they can only be contacted via the Support Helpdesk.

We always strive to give the best detailed answers first time, and we usually have the questions answered within a couple of hours.

However, in extreme circumstances it may take up to 24hrs, though we will respond to the ticket as soon as possible to inform you of this.
