What are Loyalty Points?

Solution Invisional Hosting operates a Loyalty Points Scheme, aimed at rewarding our loyal customers.

Every order actioned by a customer is stored on our database, and the monetary value of each order is calculated by our system to create Loyalty Points.

Every £10 spent at Invisional Hosting creates 2 Loyalty Points. For every 10 Loyalty Points, a customer receives a 5% lifetime discount.

A customer receives their discount code either through electronic communication (email), post, or from requests through the Support Helpdesk.

Loyalty Points lifetime discount can be used to purchase any new domains, hosting or add-ons.

[For example:
Customer 1 purchases domain and hosting for £30, they receive 6 loyalty points. The customer renews this order a year later, producing 12 loyalty points - 5% lifetime discount. Customer uses this discount to purchase an additional domain and hosting.]

Loyalty Points built up do not expire, and the maximum discount a customer can create is 50%. Invisional Hosting reserves the right to amend or remove this scheme at any point.
