When I click on renew services, it shows my contact details.

Solution If this happens to you when you click on "renew services" in the Customer Centre, please contact us directly.

This will be due to the format of your phone numbers, as the system only works properly if in its format, for example +44.1234567891.

If the format is the same as the above, it will be due to another part of your contact details being invalid, such as your postcode.

Please ensure all your contact details are correct at all times, in order for us to be able to contact you, and for legal obligations.
