Do you have a fair use policy?

Solution In a way, yes.

All our hosting packages are shared on our servers. To stop disruption caused by one particular website, a website may be automatically suspended.

Therefore, if your account experiences unusually high bandwidth usage, or memory use (for example - through repeated large file downloads or a script being hacked), your account will be automatically suspended. We will contact you to inform you of what to do next. This is to keep the reliability and uptime of all our customers websites at its very highest.

The majority of our websites do not experience extremely high bandwidth usage, and chances are you will not be affected by this policy.
