How can I upgrade my hosting package?
Solution
If you wish to upgrade your hosting package, please contact us via the Support Helpdesk.
Your existing packages expiry date will remain, and when renewal comes you will remain on the upgraded package at the package cost listed on the website at the time.
For example, you purchased a hosting package lasting one year on 1st Jan. You upgrade on 1st May. You will pay the cost of new hosting package (7 months), minus the refund of the previous package.
Once we have received a request to upgrade a hosting account, we will send out an invoice by email to direct you to the shopping basket.
