Q. Are there any hidden charges?
A. No. We do not believe in hidden charges at all - you pay for what you see on the website and during the order process - that's it!
Q. How can we pay?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards through an external company, NoChex. We also accept payment via PayPal, or Cheques (though this takes longer to activate accounts).
Q. I don't live in the U.K and your prices are in pounds. Can I still buy from you?
A. Of course you can! Paypal and Nochex automatically convert the cost of your order into your currency when you buy with us.
Q. Do I get an invoice?
A. Yes, every time you buy a product from us we will email you an invoice, invoices are also available to view and print at any time in your control panel.
Q. Do you offer any money back guarantees?
A. All of our web hosting accounts offer a no fuss 14-day money-back guarantee so if you don't like your accounts simply let us know. Please note that this offer excludes domain name fees.
Q. Do you charge VAT?
A. All prices include VAT.
Domain Questions
Q. How long will it take for my new domain to become active?
A. Domains can take between 24 and 72 hours for them to become visable on the internet after ordering.
Q. Can I buy a domain name, but not buy hosting?
A. Yes, you do not have to buy web hosting when you buy a domain. Simply choose the "No Hosting" option in the cart, subject to a small fee.
Q. Do I own the domain name?
A. Yes - unlike some companies we always register the domain in your name or in your customer's name if you are working on someone's behalf.
Q. How do I renew a domain with Invisional Hosting?
A. We send customers an email about 30 days before the domain is due for renewal. If they choose to renew, they can do so via the Client CP.
Q. Does your price shown on the website include all costs?
A. The price advertised includes all domain costs and fees, including setup fees.
Q. Whats the minimum time period I can order a domain for?
A. The minimum time period for a domain is 1 year. This excludes .uk domains which has a minimum registration of 2 years.
Q. Can I transfer my domain to you?
A. Please contact us via Support Helpdesk if you wish to do this.
Q. Can I have more than one domain to a hosting account?
A. If the domain is for that particular website, ie hostingcompany.com and hostingcompanylongname.com are for the same website, then you can! See Domain Mapping on Domain Extras for Details.
Q. How many years can I buy with you?
A. You can order a domain for up to 5 years with us (excludes .uk domains)
Q. Can I purchase any add-ons to my domain?
A. We offer Domain Extras, as well as Domain Privacy to our domains bought with us.
Hosting Questions
Q. How long does it take to activate my account?
A. Hosting accounts are set up automatically. In the unlikely case that it does not, it will be set up within 24 hours, or else we will contact you.
Q. Does our hosting plan automatically come with a domain name?
A. No, we do not offer "domain and hosting" bundles at the current time. If you would like a domain name, order here.
Q. Can I buy a hosting package without a domain name?
A. Yes you can - though you will need a domain name in order for the account to be visable on the internet.
Q. Do you offer free hosting?
A. We do not offer free hosting, though we offer a 14-day no fuss money-back guarantee, so if do not like your hosting account, simply let us know.
Q. Do you host adult or warez websites?
A. No, we do not host any adult or warez websites.
