Hosting: Excess Monthly Transfer

If you have exceeded your monthly transfer, you have two options to choose from:

Option 1. Excess Fee

This option is to pay the excess fee for that month. The charge is 1p per mb, plus a 50p administration fee. This must be paid within a month, otherwise the account will be suspended until payment. No refund will be given for time the account is suspended.

Option 2. Upgrade your Hosting Package

To avoid the excess fee, you may upgrade your Hosting Package to a one covering your exceeded transfer allowance (such as Value -> Home Basic). The cost of your current package's unused months will be offset against the cost of your new hosting package. To use this option, you must upgrade within the month that the transfer allowance has been exceeded.
